NextGene™ Coronavirus Subtype Kit is a real-time RT-PCR based reagent for research use, designed to simultaneously and qualitatively detect four (4) subtypes of human coronaviruses which are NL63, 229E, HKU1, and OC3 from human nasopharyngeal swab or oropharyngeal swab samples.
