NextGene™ MTHFR Genotyping Kit is a real-time PCR based reagent for research use, designed to qualitatively detect the folate metabolism disorder genotypes by targeting single nucleotide polymorphisms at sites 677 and 1298 of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene from human whole blood samples.
