NextGene™ STI-12 Detection Kit 1/2 is a real-time PCR based in vitro diagnostic medical device designed to simultaneously and qualitatively detect Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma hominis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, and Mycoplasma genitalium from human vaginal swabs or urine samples.
