NextGene™ MTB/NTM Detection Kit 는 사람의 객담 또는 배양 세포 검체로부터 결핵균(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)과 비결핵 항산균(Nontuberculous mycobacteria)을 동시에 정성 검출 가능하도록 설계된 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응법(real-time PCR) 기반의 시약으로 결핵균 감염 진단에 도움을 주는 체외진단 의료기기입니다.
